every 2 weeks start at 32 weeks, every week starts at 36 weeks. However, sometimes different offices will vary

At my 32 week appt, she gave me the option of 2 or 3 weeks for the next appt. I opted for 3 weeks, so I'll have an appt at 35 weeks, then 37, then I'm not sure if I have to start weekly appts.

That's what my doctor does as well except this time she skipped the every 2 weeks for me because I'm going for sono's every month.
