When did your baby flip from back to belly?
DD will be 5 months next week - and im still waiting........
She might of did it once - but hasn't really since.....
She flips stomach to back no problem.

hmmmm. DD did it maybe 2-3 times when she was 3 mos. Now that she is 5 mos she does this all the time (started doing it more frequently in the last 3 weeks).
Does your baby twist her body when she is in the activity center? I noticed that once we started putting DD in the baby einstein activity center she became so much more mobile and that's how she gets from back to belly by twisting half her body to get there

DD was well into 5 months before she flipped, and about 7 months before she went from belly to back.

Last night! She's all of 5 weeks old. I thought it was a fluke last week when I found her on her belly, but last night, everytime I flipped her onto her back, she flipped back to her belly!

don't worry about timing - I have read that babies that hit physical milestones early will be a bit delayed in the mental milestones (ex talking) and vice versa...
your little one is probably so busy taking in the world and learning the language

It was right before his 4 month birthday. He actually did back-to-belly and belly-to-back for the first time on the same day. He does back-to-belly much more frequently though-- flopping on his back from his belly seems to kind of surprise him when he does do it.
