wheat flour = Regular Flour?
Can you use wheat flour the same way you would regular?

I don't know if you really CAN'T...BUT they are too totally different things.
I personally love wheat flour.

Yes Wheat Flour and White Flour are equal parts. Now if you are using Soy Flour that is a total different story but they give you the the mesurements on the bag it also taste totally different.
And yes personally I don't even use White Flour anymore we love the Wheat Flour. We think it makes everything more filling and tastes better.
