Whcih is better for a 4yo girl?
FP Loving Family Dollhouse
Barbie Dream House
Sarah will be almost 4 at Christmas. I think she'll get more use out of the Barbie house as she gets older, my mom thinks she's too young for Barbie yet and the other one is more appropriate for her age.

even though my dd is almost 6. she LOVES the FP loving house. She never really got into barbies.

I think either one is fine IMO. I'd probably go with the LF dollhouse.

i agree, the FP dollhouse is better for a 4yr old.. my 5yr old DD still isnt really into barbie yet.. probably next year or the following year, if at all.. JMO
