during an interview for a part-time job in a clothing store?

I worked at JCrew during high school and it was very general--do you have any retail experience, etc...

I went on an interview in one of the stores in the mall while I was in college and they focused on ethics also - what would you do if you knew a co-worker was stealing? Stuff like that.
