What type of entertainment did you have at your DC 1st birthday party?
DS 1st birthday party is coming up and I was looking into entertainment!
Clowns are out bc they creep me out. LOL The party will be Elmo themed, so we are going to have Elmo but I wanted something more interactive as well.
Any recommendations are welcome!! TIA!

My DS is a big Yo Gabba Gabba fan so we had Brobee and a clown. They did sing alongs, dancing, the limbo, parachute, tattoos, face painting and had a cotton candy machine for the kids.

We had face painting, parachute, pinata, balloon twisting, puppet show..it was soo cute..even the adults loved it!

We didn't have entertainment at her birthday, but we did for her Christening. We used Twinkletown (vendor on this site). We had a clown, but the clown is a young girl who is cute and not scary at all They sang songs, did face painting and some other stuff with the kids.

THANK YOU! What vendors did you ladies use? I love the puppet show idea and I also wanted to have a cotton candy machine or something similar!

We had someone do music with the kids. She was great. My friend did an Elmo party and the person was great. They played lots of music and danced with the kids. At the end the kids each took pics with Elmo and the favor was they printed the pic of your child with Elmo and put it in a frame. Thought it was adorable

I had Little People Entertainment...highly recommend them!
You can also get cotton candy machine.

We had cotton candy also. Twinkletown has all different stuff you can rent as well as entertainment.

I am doing a puppet show (1/2 hour) and balloon twisting (1/2 hour)
I am using small world entertainment they had a yo gabba gabba, sesame street, themed show. They also just have sesame street characters too.
It looks super cute!
Twinkletown is good too for activites my cousin had them at her DS 1st bday.

I just called Little People Entertainment and I'm pretty sure we are going to go with them. THey are going to do a puppet show, hand painting and have an Elmo meet and greet!

we had a friendly clown since ds party theme was circus. legendary entertainment was great. they are a vendor here.

If you haven't booked yet, check out Darlene Graham. We did not do hired entertainment for DS' first but we had Darlene at his second. She was awesome!

ETA: We used Legendary Entertainment...very happy with them
