What type of doctor for 6 year old with foot pains?
There was no specific trauma, but her foot is really hurting her. Is that an issue for a podiatrist, orthopedist, or some other specialty?

Your pediatrician should refer someone.
It depend on where in the foot... the ped is competent to check it out & I'd imagine if specialization is needed... it would be a pediatric ortho MD.
