What to wear to interview
I am interviewing for another position within my company. I think I need to wear a suit. DH says no a blouse and dress pants are acceptable. What do you say?

What to wear to interview
Hmm depends I know people where I work have interviewed on both types of attire contingent on the position. what type of job is it for? I work in administration and my office is a bit casual but I wore a suit to mine. Had it been for a different department I may have worn pants and blouse.

The entire place is business casual.....I have seen the hiring manager in just a dress shirt and pants, no tie. I have seen other managers however wear a tie on a daily basis. Its finance/accounting

. Since that's how you feel I say go for it. I always think it's appropriate to at least wear a suit jacket to interview regardless of the environment upon hire.

I would agree if there is a mix of dressing within the company wear a jacket. It never hurts to be more formal- less formal however could be noted! Best of luck!
