what time would say is anormal time to starta kids bday party?
Say for 9 year old.Allf amily no kids from her school or anything but kids in the family are all 9 and younger including mine that are 4 and 2.
I would think mid afternoon but my dh thinks it totally normal to have night party ( starting like 7) in this situation. This is not for me this is a relatives party we are going to

I agree with you. I think a start time of anywhere between 2 and 4.
