What supplements/vitamins besides prenatal did your OB recommend?

What supplements/vitamins besides prenatal did your OB recommend?
I was just curious what your OB or RE recommended to take. I am taking a prenatal, Mentax, calcium, and Omega 3, 6, and 9. I am thinking about stopping the Omega 3, 6, and 9 because I read you shouldn't take it if you are on a blood thinner.
What supplements did your doctor recommend?

My OB said that that the prenatals are enough and that i didnt need to take any other supplements

My prenatals have all the omegas, they taste fishy and make me sick 
I looked at the vitamins it like multivitamin but with everything about 3x normal levels.
The only thing they lack is calcium, so I try to get lots of milk in the morning and take the vitamin at night.
I know some things interfere with calcium absorption and vice versa.
