Ted's Montana Grill - the food is pretty good, but the service sucks eggs.
Cite Grill - Pretty good food, the grill side is pretty casual.
Del Frisco's - they don't really care what you're wearing - just that you have a fat wallet.
There are a bunch of different ones speckled around the area.

Not directly there, but China Grill is pretty close and is casual and fun.

Chevys in times square is really good, its mexican. its about 6 blocks from the tree

There is a small irish pub called C4 that is cheap and really good - totally casual too!
