like 2 weeks ago we could have gone 4.68%. We are not going to lock in until mid january though.
ETA-We are only putting 3% down

We got quoted 4.375% at TFCU a couple weeks ago, but putting over 20% down.

To re-fi into a 20 yr mortgage we were quoted 5%. We have excellent credit.
