What projects did you do this weekend? (with pics)

Saturday since the weather wasn't good we cleaned our storage room up. No we can walk in that room.

Sunday, we finished the trim on our shed, took down the fence next to the shed, moved some brick stones around the shed that were next to the fence we took down and weeded some of the yard and mowed the grass.

Here are some befores. Never thought this yard would ever start to look good. I really had to try to have a lot of vision when we first bought this house. It wasn't easy.

On closing day with sellers stuff still.

After we cleaned up some of the weeds.



Sunday - Fence starting to come down and there are the brick stepping stones we moved.

Here is where we put the new brick stepping stones around the shed. We will also put down drainage pebbles around the stepping stones for better drainage.



Everythings done!


Area that needs to be regraded for the slate patio.



So now we have to work on getting the dirt & weed area regraded and leveled so we can put in our new slate patio. We are almost there.

WOW your backyard looks so great now... what a change!

We did a lot, but haven't uploaded new pics yet...

-Guest bathroom: painted, added new hardware and new light fixture

-Sanded uneven concrete in hallway so we could put the rest of the flooring in (i've NEVER seen so much dust in my life)

-Finished flooring on stairs!

-had carpet in two bedrooms professionally cleaned on Friday

we didn't get as much done over the weekend (my poison ivy infection slowed me down!!) earlier in the week we got a lot done though! I did stuff in the house yesterday instead- I went through piles of magazines I had and finally got rid of them!!!

ETA- your backyard looks amazing btw!!!

I did some painting projects that I've been slacking on. I finally finished the guest room paint and painted all the new doors downstairs !

Feels so nice to get things done !
