It's not correct for my house at all... well maybe for 1992 since that's the last date shown... but it also says when I plug in my info that the information on this location is insufficient.

Do not rely on this website for accurate figures. It takes an average of the homes for sale in your area and spits you out the medium range estimate.
No good!

yeah the sites wrong i posted the site last week. we bought our house 2 years ago and the price is wrong and the house in front of us on a buy street with an unfinished basement cannot be worth 50K more.

It sounds about right for mine; in fact, the most recent sale it shows is when we bought it a couple of months ago and the exact price we paid!

It put mine for $70,000 more than we paid- Hopefully we will get that amount when we do sell (I don't know how they could have gotten that figure though).

It was right for mine!!!  But I think some houses are too low b/c they don't have records of the updates that were done.

It only has what the previous owner paid for our house in 1998. None of the homes in my neighborhood are correct.
