what is your 1yr old playing w/?
hello!
need a cute gift idea for an active 1 year old. is it a stand up toy? or something to pull around?
anything that entertains for a looong time

I think it is fair to say at 1 nothing entertains for a long time, but usually for 1st birthdays I buy a toy that converts to grow up with the baby.

anything they can push around is a good idea, also blocks and wooden puzzes is starting to be a favorite for my 13 month old.

I got Jared this Pop-Onz toy from Fisher Price. It's from 1 to 3 years old. He seems to like it. A long time for playing is about 10-15 minutes and that's pushing it.

Most of the time, tupperware and remotes. But he likes this big plastic dump truck that my friend gave him. He also likes blocks and those oversized legos.

I agree, something that can be pushed or pulled ( a toy truck is a great idea), or something involving blocks.
