What holiday themed activities will you do/take part in this holiday season?
Here is my list. I hope to get to do all of it and looking for other ideas as well.
Going to Santaland in Macy's probably on Friday
Bayville Winter Wonderland
Going to see the tree once it's lit and ice skating.
Dyker Heights to look at the lights

I love holiday events!
We are going to see the NYC Ballet Nutcracker.
Radio City Christmas show and doing the dance class with the Rockettes after.
Polar Express Trolley Ride out east.
Girl Scout drive through light show in Bayport.
Gingerbread mania day at my house (we make all sorts of gingerbread cookies and cakes, and decorate them)
This year I'm also thinking of having a Merry Grinchmas party (Grinch themed of course!)
Belle Terre Train Show in Port Jeff
Dickens Festival in Port Jeff
and whatever else we can find!

We have done or will do the following:
- Wrote and mailed our letter to Santa at Macys
- Polar Express Steam Train in Essex
- Cut down Christmas tree
- Trip to NYC to see the tree and the windows as well as a walk through Central Park
- The Holiday Train show at the Botanical Gardens
- Drive around the neighborhood to check out the lights
-Christmas Eve mass

We went to a Thanksgivikah event at the temple.
We made a Hanukkah gingerbread house.
We are in NJ so we will go to the following things near us:
Freylinghousen Arboretum Gingerbread and craft fair
Morris Museum Train and Lego exhibit
Disney On Ice
Jacobus Vandaveer Colonial Christmas House
If time permits I would love to go to NYC to look at the windows, tree, and Roc Center. But I have to convince DH on that one. We shall see.

I just looked up the train show it says there won't be one!
I am not sure what you looked up but here is the info for the Holiday Train Show. It really is excellent. We went for a few years in a row. Holiday Train Show
