What happened to the 'spark' (BD related)

I see so many posts that imply or state that BDing is almost a chore and keeping it up (no pun intended) for days on end is just impossible.

What happened to the spark?

I remember in the beginning we couldn’t keep our hands off eachother!! Remember what that was like?


I know the joke is you get married and BD stops but really this is hilarious. Sometimes you think I put a gun to his head and said “Pull it out, I need to borrow it”

Right now it’s not so bad with mine, since he has no clue why I am ‘frisky’ all of sudden. But I always thought I’d keep this to myself. He knows we stopped the Pill last Feb and want kids, he just doesn’t know when it will happen. I think it’s less stressful for him.

I am sure he forgot, but I warned him last year when we made the decision and I went to see the doctor that “One day I’m just gonna have to rape you, don’t worry, its all for a good cause”

His answer "I'm not a machine!"

Ur, see my post from this morning - I'm thoroughly enjoying the BDing (as is DH, considering he's been a more than willing participant in our BD marathon for the last week!). Our spark is still strong over here

So far my hubby still doesn’t know…. So he’s MORE than happy to answer the call to duty. Best part is, since I haven’t told him why, he doesn’t know what he did right. So I get the dinners I want, the shopping I need and all the attention I can ask for. Like he’s trying to justify the ‘love’ as it were. LOL

DH could go on indefinitely on an every other day schedule... every day, however is a bit taxing...

we're soooo glad our 4 day marathon has ended. we likely won't be in the mood again until thursday

Wait until you have been trying for 8 months In the begining it was a turn on to try for a baby. Then after the m/c I cried after bding and now I just don't feel like it. hopefully we get pg soon and we can go back to bding for fun and only fun.
