What does your doctor say you can take for a cold?
mine said tylenol and saline nose spray.
This is awful - I can't breathe and my throat is killing me and I can't take anything but Tylenol and suck on regular candy.

Ive been on antibiotics a few times this pregnancy and I wouldnt see why not for you since labor would be worse if you couldnt breathe. I would inquire about z-pak

This is all I used - I hope you don't get what I had because it put me out of commission for a weeks. Rest and make some chicken soup. Unfotunately mine was viral so there was nothing I could really take. I started off like you and then it ran its course and settled into a gross cough. Feel better!!!
Oh and if you had a humidifier and some vicks - that seemed to work well!
