63 or 64 when it was actually cold....now with the warmer weather down here, the house goes down to 65 or 64 but is up in the low 70's during the day from the sun/heat
ETA: DD is warm natured and seems to sleep better when the air is cooler

65-67, we have a pellet stove in our living room downstairs, so whatever the upstairs gets to is where we leave it. It typically is between 65 and 67 at night.
Just saw on the news the ideal temp is between 65 and 70 degrees for sleeping.
I like it cooler though.

we prefer cooler air for some reason....if I get hot, I have terrible nightmares! I like to cuddle with blankets, but need cool air on my face

Before we had babies we were at 63 at night... Now we've warmed it up a bit and it stays around 69.

Us too, we used to sleep with it around 64 now I have been setting it at 70 at night and 68 during the day, but I don't feel they did it so hot anymore. Last night it was at 67, and DH and I slept more comfy, and they seemed fine.

ours at 60 only because the room where the thermostat is in is really cold and on a cement slab. Our bedrooms are all newly done so its like a sauna in the other bedrooms even at 60.

62 upstairs where we sleep and 58 downstairs.
During the day when we are home it is set for 68 upstairs and 70 downstairs
