What do you do for exercise that is not gym or video related?
If you don't have a gym membership or videos, what do you do?

Iin the warm weather I like to go bike riding or rollerblading.

I did a bootcamp before I got pregnant- It was all outside and it showed you how to use your own body as resistance, lots of running and lots of exercises (lunges, push ups, sit ups, core strengthening, suicides) that don't require a gym.
I just started jogging outside in the morning. Its a great way to start the day. If I am feeling especiallly ambitious (like today) I will do some of those old bootcamp exercises.

Whenever I complain about housekeeping and want to hire a cleaning person I remind myself that this is great exercise and I try to bang out the whole house in like 2 hours. Definitely some good cardio there.
