leftovers once in a while but my usual is a small head of romaine or leaf lettuce from my garden, chunk provolone cheese(I leave it in the fridge at work), a jar of roasted peppers(leave those there too),
grilled chicken from home & a bottle of good seasons dressing(that I keep at work). cucumber & tomato from my garden. And sometimes I'll add olives or croutons, or another meat.
So I cut everything up at lunchtime & its a fresh, unsoggy salad.

wrap - usually turkey and cheese, with some fruit (w-e is on sale that week), a few cookies and some chips. I drink water with it.

I used to buy all the time.
Now I bring my Zone meals. It is different every day. Today was a Buffalo Chicken salad with bleu cheese dressing.
Chili is great for lunches too!

most of the time leftovers. I like to make extra food for dinner so it is good for lunch another day that week.

Lately, I've kept a package of Wasa crackers and a tub of Sabra Hummus at work. Each day, I bring in something like thin-sliced turkey breast, red onion, spinach leaves to eat on top of a cracker or I have veggies with hummus and a cracker or cheese on the cracker with veggies and hummus on the side.

Mostly leftovers.
Sometimes salads, wraps, homemade pasta salad, Lean Cuisine dinners in the winter.
I hate the summer because I have no appetite for anything heavy.

Usually sandwiches. 'Cause I'm lazy. Or leftovers from dinner. Sometimes I'll make myself a big ol' salad. The other lunch I bring is noodle bowls - either frozen Trader Joe's brand or Annie Chun's amazing Teriyaki bowls. In the winter I'll bring a can of soup and heat it up at lunch.
Geez - my lunches are pretty boring.
