What do they recommend for baby bottle brands?
Just curious what brand or type of baby bottle everyone is using, I feel like their are a lot of choices.

I registered for Avent and Born free on recommendations from friends
I will be also breastfeeding if that works out then great no bottles for a while

you may have to try a few to see which ones your child likes or takes to. my DD likes Dr. Brown's best.

Ahh ok, I am going to BF (god willing) in the beginning but for my registry wasn't sure what types to put on there.

I'm going to be using Playtex Drop-Ins again. It makes cleaning much easier! It can be trial and error though with bottles. If this baby doesn't like the drop-ins, I'm going to have to experiment with other types. I know some people register for a few of each kind and then pick one to buy once they figure out what their little one prefers.

I'm trying Born Free and Dr Browns -
2 of my friends told me that they hated the Avent bottles b/c they leaked .........
I don't feel like taking the chance to find out -

in my experience with DS, it was a trial and error thing. he didn't have any major digestive issues or reflux, but certain bottles gave him gas.
so we tried avent, born free, drop-ins, nuby, and possibly some others that are escaping me... all i hope is that DD is a little more flexible because i've got LOTS of bottles in my house!!
we ended up going with dr. brown's, which we love and still use.
i would register for a couple brands, and only one or two of each so you can try them out first.

I use Avent Tempo with #1 and kept most of her nipples so will be using the same for #2
I use regular avent bottles too, no leaking for me. (i use the BPA free avent)

We use Born Free and love them! They are BPA free and have a venting system to reduce gas and colic.

we're trying the avent and the playtex ventair. It really depends on which nipple your child adjusts to.
