What do I wear to an interview for..
"a high end fashion company" ? A suit seems so stuffy but I am not sure.

I would definitely wear a suit!! IMO, a suit is mandatory for a professional job interview.
maybe you can add funky accessories, but I wouldn't go too crazy.
