What do Braxton Hick contractions feel like
I think I started to get them but not sure.

your stomach tightens up (like a cramp) for a few seconds and then it loosens up.

Braxton Hicks are also cyclic. They come on slow rise like a bell curve, peak then go back down. They can start from anywhere, top down, bottom up or from the sides. Your whole tummy will get hard, it will be hard to press on any spot. They should last 30-45 seconds.

I notice the past few mornings that my stomach will get tight, but my who belly not in any one spot and it does last about 30 seconds i guess but then i feel like it goes away i dont notice that it slowly peaks and then comes down. They are also not painful
