Since 1st anniversary is the paper anniversary. I got DH tickets.
We went to see comedian Kevin James.

We went to a couples spa and has a very nice treatment. It lasted 3 hours.

He really likes old maps so I got him one of the town we were married in from over 100 years ago. It's really cool, the catering hall was a mansion back then and it's marked on the map!

We went to Montreal for a long weekend...since it was paper, I booked him an in-room massage (typed it up on "paper" like a g/c).

I got him a few things, but for the paper gift, I made a calendar on Shutterfly with different photos of just the two of us on each page. They were from the time we met until just after our wedding. He loved it.

I did too we went to see George Carlin. The concert was on our actual anniversary so that was nice.
