What did u do or are doing to take off baby weight
i just don't feel healthy. Any exercise programs etc.?
can I do southbeach diet and still bf?

I have done NOTHING! (DS is 7 1/2 mos).
I am getting a gym membership for XMas. That is what I want. I also want a few personal trainer sessions to get me on track!
I have lost weight (and inches) by just exersice. But DH and I both want to start eating healthier.
One New Years resolution will be NO MORE ICE CREAM, or at least in moderation or frozen yogurt.

I'm going to try Weight Watchers since they have the nursing program. They always seem to allow too many carbs for me so I may make some changes without sabotaging BFing.
I'm so uncomfortable.

This is what I'm experiencing, although I need to work out to tone up my belly and thighs. My stretch marks are an entirely different story! They are sooo bad

BFing and forgetting to eat works for me. I am at my prepregnancy weight already and I am 4 weeks pp. I may even be able to get back to where I was when I was married.

I was heavy before getting PG. I didnt gain very much though during the PG and lost it all within a week or two of birth..and teh swellign has gone down now...BUT I need to lose a lot of weight still and Im doing WW and like it.

This is about how long it took me too, I was lucky. BF really did wonders, and I was too busy & tired to eat too. But I do need to tone, and want to lose some more pre-preg weight.

BFing and I got back into spin classes 3x a week when I got the 6 week PP "OK" and eating MUCH healthier

I'm a freak and literally was counting WW points in the hospital immediately after giving birth. Obsessive I know, but I gained 45lbs (and I'm only 5 feet tall  ). I also started going to the gym after 3 weeks. 30 down, 15 to go...

I'm watching my carb intake very closely. I also take the baby for a nice 45 minute - 1 hour walk everyday, unless it is raining.
