That's a really nice dress! I would wear either black or graphite. Silver could work too. You probably can't go wrong with any of them. Though if you think about it, a pair of hot pink strappy heels would look kind of fun and cute! But I am into contrast with shoes!

I agree with PP. Yes, black, silver, grey, but pink, red, yellow or blue or even green would be bold and fun!!!

I think black peep toes with a skinny high heel would look awesome. Or strappy silver shoes. BTW, very pretty dress!
