What can I take for Motion SIckness?
I have heard that the motion sickness patch is okay....Is there anything else I can take? TIA

you can try the seabands that you wear on your wrist ... (they didn't help me unfortunately with morning sickness BUT I know of a lot of ladies that they did help with morning sickness as well as motion sickness)

I asked my dr, he told me can't really take dramine, cause there's no proof it's safe for baby.
Told me to eat pretzels
Are you planning a trip?
I heard those Sea bands work well, they hit the pressure points on your wrists.

I am going on a day trip on a boat this Sunday, I always get motion sickness. I am going to try those bands...hope they work, thanks girls !!!!
