What are you making for Christmas Dinner / side dishes?
I'm thnking of a ham but am open to any and all suggestions!

I am making turkey. The side dishes will be corn, cranberry sauce, stuffing, broccoli souffle, and mashed potatoes. My ILs can't go a day without Italian food, so they're bringing the antipasto and garlic bread!
I'm bringing stuffed mushrooms and a cauliflower/leek baked casserole on Christmas Eve.

I am making Duck, Spinach Risotto, salad with grapes, walnuts, pear and gargonzola cheese, sauted asparagus, stuffed mushrooms, puff pastry appetizers, and artichoke pie.
