What are the signs of teething?
Bella is drooling like a faucet and chewing on her hands non stop. She's only 3 months, that seems too early. Could she be teething? If not is this normal?

Those are the symptoms and although early it's not that uncommon. Ryan started at about 2.5 months, got his first about 6 months and 2nd a couple weeks later.
More symptoms include night waking which I hope you don't have to deal with!!

My son started at 3 months and was doing the same thing your DD was doing. At 5 months the first tooth cut through. By the time he was 7 months the second one cut through. Then by 9 months he got his 2 top ones. Those were the roughest cuz they came in around the same time. When one cut through the other one was right behind and it cut through a week later. When the first top one was getting ready to cut through, DS became really cranky and fussy and we had one bad night where he kept waking up and crying. With the bottom ones he was fine. Now the fifth tooth is getting ready to cut through. It's on the bottom. I see the point but it has not cut through yet.
Diarreah is also a sign.

not to be gross but every time my sons cut a tooth they have explosive diahrhea and then the tooth will break out a couple of hours later.
Also crankiness-drooling-diaper rash- runny nose-and sometimes and ear infect/fever(and the drs insist that they arent related-but i know they are)

Kaitee cut her first 2 teeth at 3 months old. She was drooling and chewing on her hands. Those were the only real signs I noticed.

Yes, my DD started at 3 mos also, she has like 10 teeth now and she is 13 mos old. She was drooling alot, cranky at times, chewing on everything....

Grace started teething at 2.2 months old- way too early. Now she is about to break through with two teeth on the bottom at 3 months. She did all the same stuff in the beginning.
