For my mom, I had owed her a bunch of pictures from the summer. So I took a picture of the test, printed it out, then made it the last picture in the bunch. So she sat there looking at all of the pictures and when she got to it, she was stunned!!!

Another idea was to get chinese containers and put a onesie or a bib in there and invite my IL's over for chinese. We didn't do though b/c my DH was trying to hide it but gave it away.

For MIL I was showing her a bunch of pictures and then one of them was our sono
For my family, we are redoing a room so I printed out a whole bunch of nursery pics and asked my sister which she thought would go best in my house - she burst into tears!!
For friends I had someone who just had a baby so in the hospital we gave her a congrats card and signed it form our baby - all of our friends were there so it was nice!

My sister had just gotten married 2 days before I found out and I took a picture of the tests on my phone and told my mom I got a cute picture of my cousins at the wedding so she'd look.
