weight watchers girls...
do happen to know if when a recipe calls for sugar,could you just substitue it for splenda? if so ..is it the same amount the recipe asks for? thanks

I know you can substitute it and I think its not 1:1, but I am not sure waht the ratio is. It might be on the splenda box?
