Weight Watchers Activity Points- How many???
... do you aim for each week?
This week I worked out like a maniac. I think I had 25 points for the week.
What are your goals for the week?

I actually dont count them at all. I look at them as my cushion in miscounting how many pts a meal out was worth etc.

I aim for 18 pts but at my weight thats 35 minutes of high intensity on the eliptical 3x a week. So it's not htat much time to get the points.
