Weekly Menus?
What have you all got on tap for Holiday Week Part II?
For us:
Sunday- Baked Ziti (leftover from party), Tossed Green Salad w/Basil Vinaigrette, Garlic Bread
Monday - Ham (leftover from party) & Eggs with Buttered Toast, Homefries and Sliced Melon
Tuesday - Steak, Baked potatoes with sour cream and chives, Broccoli with Olive oil and Lemon.
Wednesday - Chicken Souvlaki on pita, Greek Salad and Lemon rice pilaf
Thursday - NYE party at friends
Friday - Dinner at Sisters (Crown roast?)
Saturday - Chicken Pot Pies, Simple Salad.

Just when I thought it was safe to go back into the kitchen...
I have not given dinner this week one thought.
Mon: Pizza at Grimaldi's
Tues: Roast Chicken, Potato Leek soup, salad
Wed: Leftovers I think. With some more vegetables
Thurs: NYE Party...finger foods
Fri: Steak for DH, roasted potatoes, big salad for me.
Sat: I have no idea!

We straightened out our pantry this weekend and DH has proclaimed that it is time to whittle the stuff down..we are also going away for NYE, so didn't want to buy too much...so..
M-Chicken -marinated with some rice pilaf
T-sloppy joes with french fries and veg
W-burgers (ending our meat supply) with some kind of side from the freezer (veggies, etc.)

wow I never plan my meals in advance. I go to the grocery store 3-4x a week because it's so close to my house I can almost walk.

Sunday- Pizza

Tuesday- Homemade meatballs and spaghetti, garlic bread
Wednesday-Stir fry
Thursday- NYE- shrimp cocktail, franks in a blanket, porter house steaks, baked potatoes, salad, white zinfandel
homemade brownies.
Friday- Not sure yet

I still need to recoup from Christmas!
SUN - Shrimp Parm, Baked Ziti & Garlic bread
MON - Lemon Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, tossed salad w/ cucumbers, tomatoes, & red peppers w/balsamic dressing
TUES - Leftovers
WED - Hot dogs, sweet potato fries, BBQ beans, Cucumber salad
THUR (NYE) Lobsters, steak, Stuffed baked potatoes, string beans
FRI - Glazed Ham, and not sure on side dishes yet!!!
SAT - I AM NOT COOKING!!!!

Oh this is a crummy week for meals:
Sunday: Five Guys at DHs request
Monday: Breakfast for dinner (french toast, eggs, and turkey bacon)
Tuesday: Pasta with Creamy Tomato Onion and Bay Leaf Sauce, served with garlic bread
Wednesday: Garlic dredged chicken cutlets with garlic mashed potatoes
Thursday: Probably eating out
Friday: Pot of homemade sauce, meatballs and sausage with garlic bread (in honor of my Grams - she made it every New Years Day)
Saturday: Eat Out
