Week 40....doctor can feel her head!
She's super low but the cervix is still closed! Regardless, she thought it was good progress. She thinks I might have her this week, otherwise she will induce me next week! ohh...and still no weight gain this week, another good sign. plus some tummy ache on and off...

My appointment is on Thursday. I'm so eager!!! 10 days until my due date seems like an eternity right now!!!

I don't have a text buddy! LOL! I am supposed to go Monday but she said perhaps she'd see me at the hospital before then. She won't let me go past next week--so that's great. I am worried about being induced because it does seem so unnatural, but i'm sure she knows best.

I feel exactly the same way about induction. I'm scared of it because it seems unnatural, but I trust my doctors so if that's what they say, I will of course listen.

I'm so glad you were able to get to your doctor's appt!! I think you might just be the only one on here whose appt wasn't cancelled

I was induced at 40w 6d and am going to beg my dr. to induce me with any future pregnancies...I had a great induction. I was terrified of going into labor on my own...absolultely terrified of the thought of my water breaking or contractions or anything. I loved it being brought on by drugs so I could get the epidural before the pain of contractions kicked in.
