weather in europe in november
we are thinking of taking a med. cruise in November. It goes to:
1 Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy
2 Naples, Italy
3 At Sea --- ---
4 Dubrovnik, Croatia
5 Corfu, Greece
6 At Sea --- ---
7 Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy
8 Villefranche-Sur-Mer, France
9 Toulon, France
10 Barcelona, Spain
What will the weather be like? Has anyone ever been on this cruise? It's Royal Carribean Brillance of the Seas...

i was just in many ports you spoke of bu on a Carnival Cruise. The weather is typically the same as it is here.

Was it difficult to get around? Did many people speak English? Did it seem safe?

We just got back yesterday from Italy and Germany - it was the same weather as here. Bring layers, it will be cold at night.

I lived in Germany for a year and the weather was very similar to NY. I think where you are going it is like Florida's weather, b/c it is a little more south. I don't think you will need a warm coat, but a light coat would work well.

I don't have any answers to your question but wanted to let you know that we are taking a similar cruise in November - except that it's the Royal Carribean Splendour of the Seas  It makes a few different stops (including Ephesus, Turkey) - but I am interested in everyone's answers too!

no..but I highly recommend doing the excursions from the boat. Its way more money but so organized and thourough! Yes it seemd safe and most people speak English especially in the touristy areas~
