***! We are a small school that was designed under Bloomberg! That is a loss of over 8 teachers!

My school is losing 1.5 million.

whoa!!! I hope your job is safe!!
I am tenured, safe, and legacy paid! Being Legacy paid is going to be more important as schools are going to have to pay their own teachers out of the budget, so new teachers will not be staying at schools for longer then two years! I feel sorry for them!

Yikes!
Our district (I'm in San Diego) has a $53 million budget cut! Which people are actually HAPPY about (sort of ) since it was supposed to be $80 million!
