we *graduated* chidbirth class today....
ok, so it was only one day and all and I don't think anyone who goes doesn't get a certificate but still......
the only problemn I had was when we practiced the hee-hee-hee-hoo breathing i kept laughing....so much I wound up in tears once....so I need to work on that....
but it was worth it and fun to meet some other mommies to be!!!

he-he-breathening is not really good for you anyway...take LONG, DEEP breaths and it fills your body with the needed oxygen during labor.

good to know....I told dh it is bad that every time he would try to "help" me and I would see him doing it, I would crack up more....he was so serious and I couldn't help laughing at his faces!!!
