We did it! We BROKE the swaddle habit!!!

So flipping happy!! I've been stressing because he keeps breaking out of the swaddle and waking up. Plus, I was nervous about our new sitter dealing with swaddling him. SOOOOOO, to get ready for my return to work next week, yesterday I vowed to get him to nap without the swaddle. It took most of the day with me soothing him and him taking catnaps, but he eventually did it.

Then last night, he went in 3 hour spurts, which is really about what he was doing swaddled.

Now, I just put him down for a nap, unswaddled, and he went right to sleep! He seems so happy all stretched out.

Now....... I must break the paci habit at some point.

Did you just go cold turkey? Enlighten me I need to do this soon. DD seems so cramped in the miracle blanket!
