we accepted an offer!! UPDATE.. already fell through
we have been trying to sell DH's parents house for about 2 months now.. .. we inherited it after they passed away its been such a burden on DH .. the memories are just too much and we just need closure..
we accepted an offer , its low but we dont care about the money... now we just want to get rid of it and say goodbye, i hope it goes through!! 
UPDATE********
well yesterday the guy backed out.. i dont think his credit was that good.. i feel like we are never going to sell the house.. we lowered it to a bargain price and the last offer that we accepted was $300,000
at least our real estate agent is a friend of ours and she has many open houses.. im thankful for that!!

where is the house?
i am happy for you, but i remember that feeling of "unloading" the memories of my grandparents house, it will still be tough, and the feeling of someone else living there will be a whole new emotion. stick by DH and be supportive.

he almost wants someone to totally change it up , i doubt that would happen though.

Oh. i know that. My aunt lives down the street (can see out front window) from Gma & Gpa's house. it's very wierd. even though it was such a headache selling the house, and couldn't wait to get it over with, it was still bitter.
I wish you both the best through this process...
