Was I the only one who enjoyed shopping on Black friday?

I never ever have done it...took off that day to do the shopping and enjoy the day off.

Got up at 6am...got my coffee and off we went to Broadway Mall and then hit Sunrise Mall.

All I can say is that I got some great deals......had no major lines or aggravation to deal with and I had fun.

By 12, I was done with a packed car....
and lots of gifts.

I am one of the CRAZY ones!

I went with my mom in the early afternoon, just to Best Buy and Kohls.

It wasn't too crowded at all. I got some good stuff.

I'm crazy. DH and I got up at 1:30 am, got to Best Buy at 2:40, and stood in line until 5:30. Even getting there at 2:40 we had to wait 30 mins AFTER the store opened to get INTO the store. But we got what we wanted!! It was such a rush! I bought DH a 22 inch computer monitor and that was his Christmas present. It was cold out, but I enjoyed waiting in line and talking to people, and then rushing in to get the item that I had waited for! Of course, if they had been out of the monitor, then I would have waited 3 hours for nothing!

I had a BLAST...my mom, sisters and I do it every year...this year we were at Kohl's by 3:30am, Pennies by 5am and Target by 5:45...IHOP by 7am. I actually look forward to this tradition. So I'm crazy too!

I actually went this year too - to a small mall by my house that wasn't crowded at all. I did really well at Macy's.

I was super-impressed when I was trying on shoes for me and there was a woman right there to help me. The shoe area was pretty crowded too - you don't usually find someone on a slow day so I was very impressed.

I went out to Sears and bought a new stove. It was empty there so I had fun

my sister and i had a blast in the morning! we never went to sleep on thanksgiving nite! kb toy store was open at midnite in babylon---we hit that place up and cleaned up. then went to kohl's at 330, when they opened at 4 we were out of there in 22 min.--then went to best buy to wait for them to open--out in less than an hour and then target---we were 100% done by 7:30 am. got some breakfast--slept for a while and then we made the mistake of going back out for a little bit--and got into a fender bender!

My DH and I have been going shopping on Black Friday for a few years now. We love it!!

I can barely get DH to shop at all, nevermind at 3am. But I did all my shopping online, before black friday. I think next year I'll give it a whirl...

I love it! I was actually upset Target opened up "late" at 6am..i wanted to be out earlier lol..i was like a kid on christmas eve - could not sleep at all that night - too excited!

I went to the sunrise outlets in FL- holy cow! great deals, lower tax, beautiful mall!

we got there at 9am and were back in the car by 10am with a truck full of stuff- but I could have spend all day there- but my Dad drove me and I knew he wouldn't want too

Love it! Go every year! Spent 8 hours out in the morning and then went back out briefly at night!

i love going.

we headed to the outlets around 1030 pm and was there for when they opened at midnight.

then we went to kohl's and target.

later on we went to the massapequa mall.

we finished all our shopping in 1 day and got great gifts~!

I couldn't take the rush this year, it was a wee bit too much! I came to work at 7AM and did all my shopping online, most stores had the same deals available online too

I did it for the 1st time too. Wasn't as bad as I thought, but by 12 I was done b/c the mall was starting to get chaotic.

I love it. i wait for it all year - Its like my drug - I get such an adrenaline rush!
