Want to buy a cheap house?? a great deal..
There's a new top to the list of the most expensive houses on the market in the United States.
Topping the list now is Beverly House, the Beverly Hills mansion of William Randolph Hearst and Marion Davies.
It has hit the market at an astronomical $165 million.
prestigious Beverly Hills mansion set in 6.5 acres, offering 29 bedrooms, three swimming pools, tennis courts, state-of-the-art movie theater and disco.

who actually has that kind of money? besides someone like bill gates? I don't think movie stars or sports players can even afford that.

Result:
Monthly payment: 30 Years
Interest rate: 5.750%
Loan amount: $ 165,000,000.00
$ 962,895.21 a month
And thats without taxes or insurance!!
