The website says :The freefall of the jump will be approximately 40 seconds. At appx 5000 feet, your instructor will deploy the main canopy, and you will get about a four minute ride under the canopy.
It was actually longer than that on my video... I have a few more "chapters" to the video. In the next one we fall for a few more seconds and then he pulls the parachute. But there are some still shots that take up some of the time, and the footage from the plane. So it was not slow motion.

I could NEVER do that. Their is just no reason to jump out of a perfectly good plane. I' be puking and crying until I reached the ground.
