walking is hard!
Today I went on a 4 mile walk with 2 friends through the head of the harbor in St. James. The hills were killer, I honestly didnt think I was going to make it. They walk soooo fast! I am proud of myself that I did it. But walking on hills is harder than I thought.

But it is a fantastic workout. I used to go walking with a friend of mine and the hills killed us, but that summer, our legs were hot!

So true - it is a great workout, I did alot of walking before my wedding and I felt better and lost alot of wait.
I need to start walking again - I have to find a buddy to walk with where I live now.

My aunt lives in head of the harbor and walks every day, sometimes to her gym...We just got bikes and that is great exercise too!
