There is one on 25A in Fort Salonga by the Hess Gas station and the King Kullen shopping center.
There is one on Jericho TPKE in Huntington. Go west on Jericho, passing 110. It is another mile down on the right hand side, not far from the Audi dealership. If you've hit Umberto's, you've gone too far.

25A in front of King Kullen in Northport.
In Smithtown on Jericho, corner or Jericho tpk and Old Northport Road.

There are a few walk in immediate care place in Nassau and you could always go the Nassau Count Med Center

There is one on 110, north of the Southern State. Doctors Immediate Care Center or something like that.
