waiting for the first doctors appointment
Hey girls!
I feel like I'm a nervous wreck waiting to go for my first OB/GYN appointment (which is June 24). Its the worst wait EVER!!
I'm feeling all sorts of mild pulls and tingles in my lower abdomen....that's normal right? (Dana and Sandra I BBMed you about this  ) Plus I have been having really light CM thats kind of watery.
I really have very few symptoms besides in the lower abdomen and my boobs are now getting sensitive and growing, but it's still relatively mild.
I guess if I felt full fledged symptoms I would feel more calm about the whole thing.
I keep running to the bathroom to make sure AF isn't showing up even though it doesn't feel like that at all. I haven't slept good since Wed night (when we got our BFP) because of nerves.
Please tell me this is normal! 
This is going to be the longest 2WW of all time.

First of all I still look at the toilet paper after every wipe LOL
I never really got any bad symptoms either and the ones I did get started around 5 weeks so you are still very early to be feeling anything.
My boobs got tremendously sore, weird tightning, stretching, pulling, and cramping in lower abdomen and then at like 6 weeks pure exhaustion kicked in.
Waiting for an appointment is the worse. My next one is on the 21st, I haven't been there in 4 weeks and the bad thoughts definetly cross my mind. But that is normal and we all have to remember that more times than not EVERYTHING IS FINE.
Try to just enjoy the moment and have fun on the ride

Yes I agree waiting for an apt is so bad and yes every time I go to pee I still look at the paper. I actually have my cousins baptism on the 20th and my 11 week apt is the day after, and since i cant hide my belly any longer i was going to tell everyone that day but now im kinda nervous
ahhhh this pregnancy thing is stressful

Totally normal! I look at the TP all the time lol! The cramping is just your body making room for the baby
My boobs didnt start to hurt until a few days later... Its weird.. the totally felt different and a little sore at first but now they are killing meeee!
You will be fine... just try to enjoy this special time

I do the same thing, still at 13 weeks!!
I def have anxiety still before every Dr's appt. That first appt especially you will have a lot of anxiety, but once you get to see the HB that will be an amazing experience and you will start to feel a lot better.
The only immediate sysmptom I had was cramping and pulling. My boobs did not get sore till about 8 weeks & now it's very off & on if they do.

i was also really nervous waiting for the first apt, but it goes fast. just try to do enjoy everything, congrats again!

It's totally normal to be anxious for the first appointment, I think everyone is. I'm sure everything is fine. Like you I was very lucky and other than sore breasts and fatigue I had no symptoms but you'll be thankful about that soon! Don't worry, the 2ww is nothing compared to the anxiety and anticipation you will feel in 3rd Tri, lol! Good luck and feel good!

I couldn't wait until my 1st appointment. I had my first one at 7 weeks. They told me my due date and took my first sono. we saw the heartbeat already. My next appointment is at 12 weeks which isnt until another 3 weeks. I am dying here.
it will be so exciting and well worth the wait. congrats again!!
