Waiting for Lh surge

I had my sono on Monday and a follie on my left ovary measured 15 (mm I think). Anyway, the tech said you usually ovulate at 18mm and that it usually grows 1mm a day. So I should probably O by Thursday right? Now, you are supposed to have an Lh surge 24 hours before you O and now, nothing on my OPK's- retested tonight too. MY RE said if I didnt have anything by Thursday I should come back so I have another appt ay 7:30 AM tomorrow. Maybe I will wake up with a surge, but should I go for my appointment anyway. ( I guess another sono and more blood) I feel like it is too early in the AM to cancel if I have a positive LH in the morning. Uuugh, I hate this!!!

I would go no matter what. When they do the sono they will know for sure if you are O'ing or not.
Good luck tomorrow! Are you doing an IUI?

still no surge, I am off to my appointment now. I can honestly say this is the most nervous I have been. I am CD14 and usually very punctual, based on my Monday sono it should have happened by now. What if I missed it? Agggghh , the anticipation is killing me.

Pauline try not to stress out. How did the sono go today? Have you made progress?
They told me that if I didn't get the surge by today that I should come back too for another sonos. But, I cant take time from work again...plus Dr. Bray tolds me judging by the size of my follies I would probably O later in my cycle.

I used to be pretty regular, Oing on cd13-15 but Ive also had a few longer cycles...not Oing til cd20-21.
