vitamins/constipation...
can those flouride vitamins cause constipation??
I notice Matthew has been very constipated lately and there are days where he wont go and he tries...I know I try givining him prunes but just wondering what keeps causing it?

When I first started DD on her vitamins w/ flouride, I read that constipation was one of the side effects. I was actually surprised when she didn't get constipated b/c she is so sensitive.

I was late starting my DD on those vitamins but so far no constipation - she is just turned 17mths.

Yes absolutely, it's the iron that normally does it. I don't give them daily though so no problems here.

Once a week. My DD is a good eater and I don't want her having fluoride everyday.
