Vitamin Supplements--sorry so long

My husband asked our RE the other day if there was any vitamins in particular he could take to "help" when he has to give his sample for the embryologist. Has anyone ever heard of taking extra Zinc and Vitamin C to help or do you think our doctor was just saying it to make my husband feel more involved? Thanks

I've heard that zinc and vitamin C can help. My DH is taking vitamin C and I am trying to give him more foods that are high in zinc. He is a vegetarian so his choices are limited (pumpkin seeds, crab, oysters, lentils, kidney beans are some of the options I've read about).

Vitamin C for count is definitely good. Like Melanjie mentioned L-Arginine and also Pycnogenol is good for the morphology. Good Luck!!!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
