The older one probably wanted to dress like that and the younger one was running around finding stuff to do the same. If VB's house works anything like my house that is Is the little one the youngest? He's the one who was breakdancing on stage at some show and they couldn't get him off? I love that kid - he was so cute, it wasn't bratty at all, just adorable.
